The clients planned this house for permanent living and relaxation. The location was chosen deliberately. 60 acres in a pine forest for enjoying nature.
There were many requests. It included a large open living space, a sauna, a gym, multiple bedrooms with their own bathrooms, an office, a wine room, a patio, a significant number of walk-in closets, and storage areas.
To avoid significantly increasing the height of the house, we suggested creating a basement floor to accommodate all the utility rooms there.
The client requested to decorate everything in neutral warm tones, which resulted in the use of a lot of natural wood, leather, bronze glass, and gold hardware.
The fireplace became an integral part of the relaxation and dining area. Real fire always adds warmth and life to any interior.
On the facade, we used the same materials as inside the house. Porcelain stoneware and natural wood blend harmoniously into the space and look perfect in the pine forest.
