ZR project 07

The project was designed to serve as both a sauna and a guest house. It seamlessly integrated into and complemented the architectural concept of the entire ensemble of buildings already constructed on the site.

On the first floor, it is necessary to arrange the sauna itself with a changing room and its own bathroom, as well as a kitchen with a large table and a lounge area with two comfortable sofas for socializing with guests.

On the second floor, there are two guest bedrooms with their own bathrooms, as well as a billiards area where one can spend time after sauna procedures.

The interiors of the first and second floors differ slightly. The first floor is more glamorous, vibrant, with delicate details and accents, as this is where the clients themselves will spend their leisure time and invite friends. The second floor is planned to be fairly simple, as it primarily serves as sleeping and resting areas. The focus here is on comfortable beds and pillows.
