The client is a very busy young man who fully entrusted us with both the layout and design. His only request was for a leather sofa and subdued lighting. It was decided to incorporate the balcony into the combined kitchen-living area to add more natural light. This space itself was realized in dark tones.

Despite the small size of the apartment, we managed to find a separate space for a walk-in closet and organize two bathrooms - one full-size with a bathtub and another small guest bathroom.

The kitchen from the Cesar factory in anthracite color with a bar counter, the chocolate leather sofa from Flexteam with a retractable mechanism for comfortable movie watching, the TV wall covered in wooden panels with brass inserts, and the bio-fireplace adorned with black ceramic granite create a rugged yet cozy masculine interior. Various lighting scenarios (ambient lighting, wall sconces, and night illumination) help to address different tasks within the interior and add depth to the space.

In contrast, we opted for a bright design for the bedroom. The tall headboard visually enhances the ceiling height, and the light tones expand the space. Green hues in fabrics and live plants add brightness and a breath of fresh air to the interior.
